Clients in Projetex have two types of contact information: general and contact information of client's contact persons (Contacts of Client). General contact information of a client can contain the following data:
E-mail (up to 2) — maximum 250 characters. Send button becomes active only if valid e-mail address is entered.
Phone (up to 4) and Fax numbers — maximum 250 characters each.
Notes — a plain text note, not limited by a number of characters.
General contact information of a client can also be added to templates with the help of Client Information Variables.
