When employing Projetex in 2007, Technografia was only making its first steps in translation business. Although both company founders - Ioannis Kassios and Evi Karaouli - have been actively providing translation services since 2003 and have worked for large translation firms in both Greece and abroad, Technografia company history was then getting started.
And Projetex was chosen as the company guide for the optimization of translation workflow to support the new translation challenges. Projetex working scheme appeared very suitable for the company needs and easy to adopt.

Technografia now manages all work through Projetex. After receiving an order, it is recorded accordingly in Projetex, and then any relevant tasks are assigned to the inhouse staff or external resources. Technografia uses Projetex to follow up the projects, to count translation volumes, to issue POs or invoices, and even to make offers and quotes to existing or potential clients. Overall, Projetex gave Technografia the ability to organize its work better.
Beginning with the 2 inhouse staff members, Technografia entrusted the establishment of its organizational structure to Projetex. Making the team building process easier, Projetex also supported the team growing – and the addition of the new team member was handled without any complications. It was only necessary to train the new colleague on the use of Projetex and the workings of the company. So far, Technografia is also planning to add more members in the 2nd quarter of 2011.

The main goal of Technografia is to achieve absolute customer satisfaction. Every team member is first and foremost a highly trained, professional translator, and then a seasoned project manager. This means that Technografia handles the entire translation cycle.
To manage that, the company team uses almost all features of Projetex in everyday work. The ones Technografia finds the most useful are the tracking of clients' balances and payments, as well as the tracking of monthly work outputs in terms of volume and internal time allocation.
This allows Technografia to always be on time in the delivery dates, without compensating proper translating procedures and ensuring that ultimate linguistic expertise is applied.
